Donation Rental RequesT
The Bay Jewel Event Center is committed to supporting our community, especially non-profit organizations that work tirelessly to raise money and provide services for those in need. We are honored to be apart of these special days for so many. We can offer sponsorship or trade agreements to get the cost of our venue and services to fit your budget. With over $50,000 donated in 2018 The Bay Jewel Event Center believes that giving back builds better communities. Both public and private events are considered. There is always a 10% discount for non-profits any day of the week but better discounts are given Monday through Thursday. We always offer 10% off for our veterans and active-duty military every day.
REQUEST FORM QUALIFICATIONS
All donation requests must be submitted through our online application system.
Organizations must have a valid non-profit non-profit 501(c)3 status.
Requests need to be received a minimum of 8 weeks before the event date.
If an organization submits a request less than eight weeks in advance, it is not likely the request will be valid.
Short term discounts may be available but will be posted online when available.
Applications that do not meet all of the above requirements will automatically be declined.
Due to the enormous response, we cannot respond to phone calls or emails regarding the status of your application at this time.
